All efforts are made to keep advertised items in stock so that they can ship out to you within 24 hours of clear payment.
If there is any concern we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss. From time to time delays may be experienced due to circumstances outside our control. In such instances we will endeavour to keep you up to date with your order.
Dub Addiction will accept the return of items purchased from normal stock within 7 days minus the cost of shipping unless the item was shipped in error. Items purchased via special order will be non refundable unless faulty or not in accordance with fair trade practices. If goods are returned in a state inferior to when they were shipped out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee dependant on the condition of the goods. Any returns must be arranged via contacting sales@dubaddiction.com.au. Goods returned without prior authorisation may be rejected.
All Afterpay, Paypal and CC merchant fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. These shall be non refundable when it is not possible to recoup costs from the payment gateway
