Given the worsening covid situation here in Melbourne, Dub Addiction will be reverting back to our previous pandemic operating conditions. This means the following:
– Mechanical work/installations will be suspended. We will complete any jobs that have already been booked in but will not be taking on any new bookings.
– We will be operating a closed doors operation. This means all product orders can be placed direct from the website. There may be delays in shipping as we will only be dispatching a couple of days per week.
– Pickup of any product will be strictly by appointment only and as contact free as possible. The workshop may not be manned full time so appointments will not always be available at short notice.
Please keep in mind our core business is wholesale distribution & ecommerce. The above restrictions should have little impact to the bulk of our customers beyond some shipping delays.
